Let me tell you a story about a beautiful woman

Let me tell you a story of a little girl who was abused for most of her childhood.

Let me tell you a story about a childhood so lonely, there was no one to hear her screams, no one to come to her rescue, no one to trust.

And that little, lonely, and scared girl decided ‘no more’.

So this is also a story of a strong child, who decided she would no longer be victimized, this is also a story of a girl that decided to do the unthinkable in order to escape the worst.

And this story is also about strength, and this story is also about choice, and this story is also about protection.

Some days, it worked.

Some days, she was a rich teen in middle school, she had friends, and her body was her own .

Some days she felt secure again.

But this is a very sad story as well.

For this woman’s deal was with the devil himself, with no compassion for a lonely, hurt child, this woman’s deal wasn’t about her at all. It was about her beautiful soul condemned to hell.

So some days she didn’t care.

And she sinned, and stole, and lied, and risked, and killed.

Because she had nothing else to loose, she had already lost it all.

This is a story of a woman that should have been given a chance to redeem herself

I think the reason everyone likes Orange is the New Black so much is because we get to see everyone’s backstory and realize that even if they seem like a bad person, they’re still human and they have struggles and passions just like everyone else.

Except Vee. Fuck you Vee.

Anonymous said: If the plot of Hannibal had never happened, where do you see Abigail? moving on? becoming a serial killer in her own right? dead by GJH's hands? none of the above?

I’ve been pondering this, and it seems like even if Hannibal and Will had never entered her life, then relations with Abigail’s father would have come to a head. GJH was increasingly possessive towards her and increasingly violent towards others. He surely could have tried to kill Abigail if she ever really tried to leave, for example if she tried to go to college. I think she would have ended up having to kill GJH to defend herself, in a similar situation to Nick Boyle.

It seems like violence is such a part of the fabric of Abigail’s life that there is no way in which she doesn’t end up as either a killer or a victim, or both. I rather like the idea of her using her skills to become an assassin or an art thief though.
